At Impact Unlocked: Davos Signals → to Investments, hosted at DotsHub, we convened a closed-door working session translating Davos 2026 signals into capital allocation architecture.
This was not a keynote.
It was a strategic working room.
In this workshop, we examined — within one integrated framework:
• The shifting dynamics of global capital flows
• How AI, energy, defense, space, and geopolitics are reshaping investment architecture
• Short- and long-term systemic risk mapping — and associated opportunity sets
• The accelerating convergence across energy, defense, space, and frontier technologies
• Scalable capital structures for growth- and deployment-stage companies
• Critical strategic assumptions and investment decision frameworks for 2026–2030
Because the question is no longer whether capital exists. The question is whether it is structured to deploy under constraint.
The next closed-door session will focus on:
•Capital allocation strategies
•C-level focus.
If this intersects with your 2026 mandate or board agenda, I’m happy to continue the conversation.

⚡️Energy transition is not a technology race.
It is a system design challenge. ⚡️
At Energy Shift Capital, we operate on three principles:
1. Energy Shift Starts Within.
Leadership coherence precedes external scale.
2. Capital Must Be Value-Aligned.
Misaligned incentives erode long-term value.
3. Scaling Is Architecture.
Technology requires structure, governance, and resilience to endure.
Durable impact is engineered — not accelerated.
This is the foundation of how we build ecosystems, allocate capital, and support growth-stage energy transition companies.

Speaker at the 1st Entrepreneurship Summit – “Future Strategies” as part of the 105th Rumeli Gathering in Bursa.
Organised by RUMELİSİAD, the session brought together 188 business leaders and industrialists to discuss the future of business in a rapidly shifting global landscape.
Moderated by İbrahim Kircova with fellow speakers Tunc Berkman and Merter Özdemir, we are grateful for the thoughtful invitation and, most importantly, for the depth of engagement and questions from the audience.
Strategic foresight is no longer optional. It is becoming a core leadership capability.

💫 TOBB İstanbul Genç Girişimciler Kurulu
During the keynote session at TOBB İstanbul Genç Girişimciler Kurulu, I shared an overview of the key strategic investment themes that shaped the conversations at Davos this year — particularly at the intersection of geopolitics, energy, technology, and capital flows.
We explored how:
👉Energy security and industrial competitiveness are now inseparable from climate strategy
👉AI and electrification are reshaping infrastructure investment priorities
👉Capital allocation is becoming more disciplined, with increasing focus on scalability and execution
👉Geopolitical fragmentation is directly influencing supply chains and investment decisions
These intersections are not abstract trends — they are actively redefining how investors, founders, and policymakers think about risk and opportunity
that k you @simaydinc for the invitation.

💫 Speaker at “Catalytic Impact: Private Wealth, Law and Capital for Global Resilience” Roundtable at The Art of Creating Value 2026 in Davos
The conversation was practical — not performative.
We focused on:
➡️ where private wealth can genuinely be catalytic
➡️ how law, policy, and governance shape investable resilience
➡️ what it takes to move impact capital beyond pilots and proof points
Because resilience is not built through intention alone.
It requires aligned capital structures, regulatory clarity, and institutional discipline.
Grateful to share the stage with:
Neil Heslop (Charities Aid Foundation)
Marta Lejkowski (The Nature Conservancy)
Mhairi Letcher (B Lab Europe)
Nikhil Chouguley (Principles for Responsible Investment)
Kieron Boyle (100x)
Tomos Rees (Philanthrify)
Sarah Howard (Global Philanthropy Forum)
Paula Jancso Fabiani, PhD (IDIS)
Cara Williams (Mercer)
Hosted by Anastasia Kalinina.
🏔️ Set in one of Davos’ most distinctive venues — the Heimat Museum Davos — designed for depth over noise. Exactly what these topics require.
🙏 Thank you to Naomi Kerbel for the thoughtful initiative and kind invitation.
Impact, when structured well, becomes catalytic.
And catalytic capital is what this decade demands.

Becoming is not loud.
It is not rushed.
It is not performative.
It is quiet decisions repeated daily.
It is trusting what you cannot yet see.
It is allowing yourself to grow into what is already calling you.
Everything we desire begins as a thought.
A subtle whisper.
An idea that refuses to leave.
What turns that thought into reality is not force.
It is courage.
It is patience.
It is clarity.
The truest form of leadership is self-leadership.
The ability to stay aligned when results are invisible.
The discipline to expand without losing your center.
The softness to evolve without hardening your heart.
Alignment creates expansion.
Expansion requires trust.
Trust allows transformation.
Not overnight.
But steady.
And inevitable.
Be patient with your becoming.
You are not behind.
You are unfolding.

❄️ @aposto Davos 2026 Rcap
In this interview, I shared why Davos this year marked a real shift — from intention to execution.
We discussed:
👉 Why the global conversation is moving beyond climate ambition toward energy security, competitiveness, and capital discipline
👉 How the real bottleneck in the energy transition is not innovation, but scaling capital from Series A to B
👉 Why new investment platforms, financing structures, and ecosystem-based approaches are essential to mobilise capital at speed
👉 How leadership quality, governance, and long-term alignment are becoming decisive investment factors
Davos is no longer about declarations.
It’s about decisions — and whether capital, technology, and intent are structured to deliver real outcomes.

💚 Davos Recap with Chief Nixiwaka Yawanawa
Indigenous people protect ~80% of the world’s remaining biodiversity — yet receive less than 1% of global climate & nature funding.
This is not a moral gap.
It is a capital allocation failure.
Indigenous cultures have stewarded living ecosystems for generations — with governance systems that deliver what modern frameworks still struggle to achieve:
resilience, regeneration, and long-term balance.
I feel deeply privileged to know Chief Nixiwaka, Putany, and the Yawanawa family, and to listen to their knowledge of nature.
Their wisdom — seeing nature as a living system rather than a resource — has profoundly shaped how I think about risk, resilience, and value creation in my investment thesis.
If we are serious about biodiversity, climate resilience, and long-term economic stability, funding must move closer to those who already deliver outcomes.
That’s why I’m supporting this Indigenous-led initiative by Earth Codes:
